Purpose
These terms govern booking requests and guided kayak tour services offered by LIVAÏGO.
Booking
A request made on the website becomes final only after validation by LIVAÏGO. A confirmation email specifies the slot, departure point, practical information and applicable payment terms.
Participants
Each participant must provide accurate information. Swimming ability, age, level and any safety-relevant information must be provided truthfully. LIVAÏGO may refuse participation if safety conditions are not met.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. During phase 1, online payment may not be active; payments may be recorded manually by the admin. Invoices or credit notes are generated from the back office.
Cancellation and weather
LIVAÏGO may postpone or cancel a tour in case of adverse weather, unsuitable water level, unavailability or safety risk. Refund, credit note or retained deposit terms are assessed case by case according to the situation and applicable rules.
Liability
Participants agree to follow the guide's instructions, respect provided equipment and navigation rules. Dangerous behavior may lead to exclusion from the tour without automatic refund.
Personal data
Data is processed according to the privacy policy available on the website.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law.
