Collected data
LIVAÏGO collects information required to manage booking requests: contact identity, email, phone, billing address, participant information, kayaking level, swimming ability, and useful or medical notes voluntarily provided.
Purposes
This data is used to process bookings, prepare the tour, manage customer follow-up, record payments, create accounting documents and comply with legal obligations.
Legal basis
Processing is based on pre-contractual or contractual steps, legal obligations and LIVAÏGO's legitimate interest in operating safely.
Retention
Booking data is kept as long as necessary for customer, business and accounting follow-up. Accounting records and invoices may be kept for up to ten years. Strictly operational data may be deleted or anonymized sooner.
Recipients
Data is accessible only to authorized LIVAÏGO staff and, where necessary, technical providers required for website operation, email, payment or accounting.
Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable law allows it. Requests can be sent to contact@livaigo.fr. You may also contact the CNIL.
Security
LIVAÏGO applies reasonable security measures, including HTTPS, protected admin access and restricted data access.
